Return & Refund Policy – Kiyara Botanics
At Kiyara Botanics, due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
This policy is maintained for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.
Exceptions
A replacement may only be considered in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
To report such issues, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images/videos
- Unboxing proof video
Kiyara Botanics reserves the right to review and approve claims.
